Welcoming in 2020
As a new year begins, it is always a good idea to set some goals for yourself to try and attain. I am not talking about making new year's resolutions; ones that you are surely to forget and break, but to concentrate on goals that you can work on a day at a time and if you don't measure up 100%, just jump back on and continue to do your best.
One of my goals is to concentrate on things that are more important in an eternal perspective; i.e. being more kind, serving, treating others with kindness and to be the kind of person that I would want to be around; and of course - FAMILY! There is nothing more important that family.
I am also trying to focus more on healthier nutrition, such as getting back into making green smoothies.
So make your own goals. Make them ones that are personal only for you. If you struggle, just keep doing the best that you can do. No one is perfect. But we can all aspire to be the best that we can be. Here's to a year of growth and happiness!
