Glycerin Rivers Attempt yet again

Somewhere in a galaxy far - far away...  This is another glycerin Rivers Soap attempt.  Adding extra water does not seem to work for me.  This one doesn't look as good as I would have hoped, but it does smell nice - clean scent.
