I am posting my own results of my nutritarian lifestyle changes on here. This is an incredible way to eat! Dr. Joel Fuhrman has written many books on nutrition and I have decided to change my dietary habtis to a more stringent eating pattern.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful way of eating. Now I have only been doing it faithfully for 6 days, but I have lost about 15 pounds total and I am feeling much better . The weight loss is just a great side benefit. I am doing it to improve my overall health.

Do I get hungry? Not much. It seems to me like I am eating all of the time. Of course I am not, but I am just ingesting totally healthy food. A prime example of one breakfast, it today's: Blueberry and Flax Seed Oatmeal. This delicious breakfast has old-fashioned oats, dates, coriander, bananas, apples, blueberries, and ground flax seeds. I contains no dairy (which is not good for you anyway), and no sugar, salt, or additives. It is naturally sweetened by the dates and fruits and the texture is wonderful. I would highly advise anyone switching to this type of eating. The journey continues!

Nutrition has so much to do with our health! As I can personally attest, we have more control over our health than our doctors might want to admit. By maining a healthy diet and active lifestyle, I am able to keep my own chronic issues at bay. My osteoarthritis doesn't bother me when I eat healthy foods and stay away from the dairy and other types of products that I know are not good for me. I am able to keep my cholesterol under very good control and my blodd pressure stays at a normal level as well. I have tons of energy and I am able to do the things that I enjoy doing; and all of this because I have changed to nutritarian way of eating. Thank you Dr. Joel Fuhrman for your books and your teaching us all that we can have a healhty life!
